Please wait until you receive your AWAITING PICKUP email before arriving at the store.

Pickup Instructions: Please approach the store's entry and give your name to the staff member at the front door. Your order will be brought out  and left on a table for contactless pick-up. Please we ask you to wear a mask in consideration of other customers and staff. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Please type/paste LOCAL35 in the coupon box at checkout for FREE DELIVERY for purchases over $35 to Maplewood, South Orange and Millburn.

If you chose Local Delivery at checkout, expect your package to be delivered within 2 business days from when your order was placed. We will drop your item(s) at your front door. You will receive an email stating 'The status of order #xxxx is now Delivered.'

 

SHIPPING

We ship to anywhere in the contiguous United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations. Flat Rate of $7.95 ships anywhere in the contiguous United States and will ship within 1-2* business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Some larger/bulky items may have additional shipping costs.

LOST, UNCLAIMED AND RETURNED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. We cannot replace merchandise or provide refunds for items that are shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address or if you provided the wrong address during checkout.

If an unclaimed parcel is returned to us, we can reprocess the order by sending out a payment request for the shipping fee. The parcel will ship out upon receipt of the shipping fee payment. Alternatively, we could cancel the order and process a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s) excluding shipping costs and credit card processing fees.

 

RETURN POLICY

Please check the merchandise and please let us know within 7 days of receipt of items if there are any damages. Claims MUST be made within 7 days no exceptions!

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, puzzles, books and helmets cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Some health and personal care items, Chocolate

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or a store credit, within 1-3 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@toydivisionshop.com

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 101 Baker St, MAPLEWOOD, NJ, 07040, United States. Please include/mention the original order number of your return item(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
